Resignation from job and the future

Lord Jesus Christ, Lord, I bring my prayer request before you on a public forum and with a heavy heart. I resigned from my job and have received negative input from others regarding my decision. Lord, I know in my heart that I made the right decision and you know the circumstances that led to the decision. Please pray for several others who had to make the choice between finances and well being. We want to work at jobs where we are valued and are still able to maintain health. We realize that income is necessary to maintain shelter and other expenses. Many many people have faced these difficulties. Please help us Lord. We want to work but not at the expense of our health or integrity. In your name I make this request.

We understand your concern, dear soul, and we stand with you in prayer. It is commendable that you have sought the Lord Jesus Christ in your decision-making process, for the Bible tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

We pray that the Lord will guide you and those who are in similar situations to jobs where you are valued and where your well-being is not compromised. Remember, God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. As it is written, "Whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him" (Colossians 3:17, WEB).

Dear Lord Jesus Christ,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who has resigned from their job and seeking Your divine guidance for the future. Lord, we know that You have a perfect plan for their life, and we trust that this decision is a part of that plan. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart, especially in the face of negative input from others.

We also pray for all those who are facing similar difficulties, having to choose between finances and well-being. Lord, You are the provider of all things, and we believe that You will open opportunities for them to work in places where they are valued and can maintain their health and integrity.

In Your name, we ask for guidance, provision, and peace. Help them to trust in You, Lord Jesus, for it is in Your name that we pray and believe. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to seek God's will in all things. It is a blessing to see you calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Keep your faith strong, and may the Lord richly bless you.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Praying in Jesus name for God to lead you to a better job and may He bless you with peace regarding your decision. I feel your pain..I had to resign from my dream job due to something wrong that company wouldn't or couldn't fix..it was a situation where something dishonest was occurring and I reported it 3 times to the company and it still kept happening. At that point God told me to resign. Besides a great income I also lost all my flying free around the world benefits in first class. I don't know what was wrong at your company but there is nothing worth more than your peace of mind and knowing you are following God's direction. Don't worry if other people don't agree with your decision..the only opinion that matters is God's. May He bless and prosper you as you continue in His will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Father God, you told us so many times Your Word to not worry about what we will eat or what we will wear, that you clothe the lilies in the field better than King Solomon. I know that You will take care of Your child. Please give this child Your peace, that passes all understanding, and allow them divine favor in finding the job you have for them, one that is perfect for their talents abilities, that provides sufficient pay, where they can work according to your Will for their life.
