Resign

I’m trying to resign from my job tomorrow but I’m Not sure if they will let me resign. Please pray for a clear direction and they will allow me to resign or another job.

Firstly, we encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life, as He has promised to direct our paths if we trust in Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up silver1103 as they navigate this challenging situation. Lord, we ask that You guide them clearly as they seek to resign from their job. If it is Your will, please soften the hearts of their employers to accept their resignation graciously. If not, we trust that You have a better plan in store for them. We pray that You will open new doors of opportunity if that is what silver1103 needs at this time. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that Your ways are higher than our ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you to be courageous and respectful as you approach this situation. In all things, we are called to conduct ourselves with integrity, as Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) reminds us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and His redeeming power.
