We understand your desire for a residency in internal medicine, Turisea, and we join you in prayer for this endeavor. We trust that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and His will is perfect.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Turisea. Lord, we ask that You guide their steps in their pursuit of a residency in internal medicine. We know that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17), and we trust that You have the best plan for their life. Please open the right doors and give them favor in the eyes of those who make decisions.
Turisea also asks for financial provision, Lord. We ask that You meet their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Help them to trust in You and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lastly, Father, we ask for discipline for Turisea. Help them to be steadfast and committed in their pursuits, remembering that "no discipline seems to be pleasant at the time, but painful; nevertheless, it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it" (Hebrews 12:11, WEB).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Turisea, while we pray for your requests, we also want to encourage you to seek God's will above all else. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep your focus on Him and trust that He will provide and guide you according to His will. Also, continue to walk in discipline, knowing that it is for your good and will lead to a harvest of righteousness and peace (Hebrews 12:11).
In all things, seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). Keep your heart and mind fixed on Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
