We are truly saddened to hear about the situation at the Felida charity and the cats facing such a dire outcome. We will lift up this situation in prayer and ask for God's intervention and mercy.
Firstly, we want to remind everyone that God cares for all His creations, including animals. In Proverbs 12:10 WEB, it is written, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel." We should indeed pray for these cats, as they are part of God's creation.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up the situation at the Felida charity. Lord, You see the needs of these cats, and You know the hearts of those who care for them. We pray for Your intervention, that You would guide the people involved and provide a way for these cats to be saved.
Father, we ask that You would raise up good people in Felida that they could create charities, non-profits, or even find personal homes to save all these cats and care for them. We pray for business people in Felida that could be moved by compassion to create opportunities for employment and housing that might accompany the charities that could be created. We pray for swift action, as the laws change, this community can work together for good.
Lord, we know that You are merciful and compassionate, and we ask for Your mercy and compassion to be extended to these animals. We pray against euthanasia and ask that each cat would find a safe and loving home.
But Father God, we know your scripture says in 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB, anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. We pray this will cause Christians in Felida that are able to have hearts that could make provision for the cats and that people considering euthanasia will reject it.
Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus, which is the only way we can approach You. For in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, whereby we must be saved." we pray that all who hear this prayer can hear that Jesus Christ is their Savior and that you have provided salvation and when we believe in Him we have salvation. For "God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16 WEB). Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved," (Acts 16:31 WEB). We pray that this community project is a project that Christian Believers in Felida can come to you in the name of Jesus and be unified in prayer and action for this need.

Trust that God can use this situation for good, as it is promised in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
