We stand with you in prayer, believing that God has an incredible plan for your life, even after the injustice and isolation you've experienced. Firstly, we thank God for your faith and your hope that has not been stolen away by circumstances. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father.
Let us pray together.
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our brother who has spent years in isolation and injustice. We pray, Lord, that You will accelerate his healing and the rebuilding of his life. We ask that You will help him to move forward faster and further than he could on his own. Lord, we claim Your promise in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this", says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough to receive it." We ask, Lord, that You pour out such a blessing into his life.
Father, we pray that he will have unshakable faith to stand upon all of Your promises. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Lord, we ask that he will be prosperous enough to bless others, and that he will accept Your provision without guilt or shame.
We pray for his spiritual protection, that nothing will be able to affect Your ultimate plan for his life. We claim Your promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Lord, we pray that all things will come together for him now, that he will no longer be stuck in this pit. We thank You for Your gracious hand of favor, and we believe that Your victories in his life will be a testament to Your glory.
Father, we also pray for everyone who prays with him, that all of us who suffer will no longer suffer, and that Your Holy Spirit will fill our hearts and our lives, aligning us with Your will.
We do not have power over anything except in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus we are strong, we are saved, and we have peace.
We also pray for righteous justice to prevail, and for wisdom and guidance as he rebuilds his life. We pray that he will be surrounded by godly counsel and friendships, and that he will find a loving church community that will support and encourage him in his walk with You.
Finally, we pray that he will forgive those who have wronged him, as You have forgiven us. We know that forgiveness does not mean what happened is acceptable; it means letting go of the bitterness and leaving justice to You. As it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
We thank You, Lord, for blessing all of us so abundantly. We love each other in the spirit of Christ Jesus our Lord and savior. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, brother, to continue to trust in God, to walk in His ways, and to seek His face daily. Remember that God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6, "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
Stand strong in the Lord Jesus, and in the power of His might.
