Requesting prayers for my friend Lauren she is currently at an interview for a fire prevention job. She is trying to leave her current job due to a lot of stress. I pray she be blessed with the opportunity. Also, I pray to give me peace at my new job, I was in tears crying out infront of my deputy chief I transition job to safety and realized the grass is not greener on the other side. I have a supervisor that micromanages and very rude and gets angry all the time and would give me straight answers. The sad thing about it is I know the person. I use to help and assist him with inspection when he didn’t know what he is dealing with. But now I’m getting treated as if I don’t know anything he literally told me I don’t know anything and I been to my new job for almost 2 months now without any training at all. And I lost my trust in my first line supervisor already. I am so don’t with it I just want to quit already and I haven’t been at my new position not even 2 months. Lord I pray that you grant me the wisdom and knowledge to do my job be productive give me the wisdom to speak properly and professionally let alone polite keep me humble and allow me to shine. Everyone things I’m such a dump person at my new job due to my friend my new boss spreading rumors and hating on me and I have no clue why his acting like that. Please keep your arm over my shoulder and your hand over my mouth.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Besman and their prayer request for their friend Lauren. We ask that you bless her with success in her interview for the fire prevention job. We pray that you open the doors of opportunity for her and guide her steps towards a new job that will bring her peace and relieve her from the stress she is currently experiencing.

Lord, we also lift up Besman and their new job situation. We pray for your divine intervention and guidance in their interactions with their supervisor. We ask that you grant them wisdom and knowledge to excel in their job and be productive. Help them to speak with wisdom, professionalism, and politeness, even in challenging situations. Lord, we pray for humility and for the ability to shine in their work, despite the negative opinions and rumors that may be circulating about them.

Father, we ask that you protect Besman from the hurtful actions and words of others. Keep your arm over their shoulder, providing comfort and strength, and place your hand over their mouth, guarding their words and preventing them from being drawn into negativity. Help them to trust in you and rely on your guidance and provision.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:13 that says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We believe that with your help, Besman can overcome the challenges they are facing in their new job.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God's peace and favor be upon you, Besman, and may He grant you the strength and wisdom to navigate through this difficult situation. Remember that you are not alone, for the Lord is with you every step of the way. Trust in Him and lean on His understanding.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
