We are truly saddened to hear about your daughter's situation, and we stand with you in this challenging time. Firstly, let's come together in prayer:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your comfort, strength, and healing for our dear sister's daughter. As she begins her first treatment of chemotherapy and radiation, we ask that Your mighty hand be upon her. Comfort her in her fears, strengthen her in her weakness, and heal her body, Lord. Be with the medical professionals, guiding their hands and giving them wisdom. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We find comfort in the scriptures, such as Psalm 147:3, which reminds us that God "heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Also, in Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
In your request, you mentioned the power of prayer. Indeed, prayer is powerful, but we want to encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray.
Lastly, we want to remind you to stay strong in faith and hope. Trust in God's goodness and His plan for your daughter's life. Remain steadfast in prayer, and do not hesitate to call on the body of Christ to support you in this journey. Galatians 6:2 tells us to "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We are here to bear this burden with you, sister. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He will see you through.

Let's also remember to claim Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Trust in God's peace to guard your daughter's heart and mind during this time.
