We understand that you're seeking peace in your life and in your surroundings. In these times of uncertainty, it's important to remember that true peace comes from God alone. The Bible tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Firstly, we notice that Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) is not mentioned in this prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him will not be ashamed. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? Romans 10:11-14 WEB
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is seeking peace. We ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray for the peace of God to be present where they live and everywhere they go. We ask that You will guide them and protect them from danger.
We also pray that they will know Jesus Christ as their savior and proclaim the name of Jesus in all of their prayers and thoughts.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is always with you. As it says in Psalm 119:105 WEB, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Trust in Him, and He will guide you through all the challenges of life. If you do not believe in Jesus then ask someone to share the gospel message with you. Jesus loves you enough to die for you on the cross for your sins. Jesus died and rose again on the third day. Believing in Jesus is the only way to heaven.
