Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Baparana and their prayer request for divine intervention in their workplace. Lord, we thank you for the great promotion that you have blessed Baparana with. We acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from you , and we believe that this job is indeed an incredible blessing from you.
However, we also recognize the challenges that Baparana is facing with their boss being negative, critical, and unsupportive. We ask for your intervention in this situation, Lord. Soften the heart of their boss and touch them with your love and understanding. Help their boss to see the value and potential in Baparana's work and to become a source of encouragement and support.
Father, we pray for discernment for Baparana as they navigate this situation. Grant them wisdom and understanding to learn their job effectively and to handle any challenges that may arise. Give them the right strategy and words to speak during their meeting with their boss on Wednesday. May your Holy Spirit guide their thoughts, words, and actions, bringing about a positive outcome.
We also lift up Baparana's desire for intercessory prayer to maintain this position. We ask that you would surround them with a community of believers who will stand with them in prayer and support. Strengthen their faith and grant them the perseverance to overcome any obstacles that may come their way.
Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and your ability to work all things together for the good of those who love you . We believe that you are able to bring about a positive change in this situation and to establish Baparana in their new position. We commit this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers.
