Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their desire to enjoy time together on vacation. We thank you, Lord, for the blessings of family and the opportunity to spend quality time with one another.

Father, we ask that you provide the means for this family to take their much-desired vacation abroad. We trust in your promise, “Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep” (Psalm 121:4, WEB). We know that you are deeply concerned about every aspect of our lives, including our times of rest and refreshment.

We also pray for the spiritual well-being of this family. May they grow closer to you and to each other during this time. Let their vacation be a period of not just physical rest but also spiritual renewal. As they delight themselves in you, Lord, we trust that you will give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4, WEB).

We encourage this family to continue seeking you first, knowing that all other things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33, WEB). May their hope be firmly anchored in you, knowing that your plans for them are good, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).

Lastly, we remind them of the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in their prayers. It is through Him that we have access to your presence, Lord. As scripture tells us, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” (Acts 4:12, WEB).

In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We're asking our loving Father to make a way for you to enjoy this time abroad, trusting in His care and provision, just as Psalm 121:4 reassures us.

We're also praying that this vacation brings you not just rest, but also a deeper connection with each other and with our heavenly Father. May you find joy in His presence, and may He grant you the desires of your heart, as we read in Psalm 37:4.

Keep seeking Him first, knowing that He has wonderful plans for you. Let your hope be steadfast in Him, for His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

And remember, dear family, as you pray, call upon the name of Jesus. It's through Him that we find salvation and access to our Father's presence. As Acts 4:12 reminds us, there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
