REQUEST TO GET A NEW APPOINTMENT LETTER WHICH WILL HELP ME CONTINUE WITH MY JOB

I got some problems at my workplace and I feel worried that I might not get a new appointment letter since our salaries were to be harmonized. Now that I don't have the qualification that they need, I fear I may not get a pay raise. Please do pray for me.

Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). So, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and come to God in His name.

In this situation, we pray that you will find peace and trust in God's plan for your life. We pray that if it is God's will, you will receive the appointment letter and the salary that reflects your hard work and dedication. We also pray that you will find favor in the eyes of your superiors and that God will open doors for new opportunities if this one does not work out.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue working diligently, as Colossians 3:23 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Remember that God sees your efforts and He will reward you accordingly. Also, consider this as an opportunity to trust God more and grow in your faith.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Therefore, do not fear the outcome of this situation, but trust that God is in control and He will work everything out for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).
