Request prays for ### loved one case dismissal.

I ask everyone to please pray for ### he is being accused of burglary of a habitat in ###, ###, on August 11, 2024. I know he is innocent; he was with me the whole weekend in the ### Metroplex and nowhere near ### (### is about a 5-hour drive from the ### Metroplex). I have sent all the proof I have that he was in the ###, and we are waiting for his attorney to request his phone records to also prove his whereabouts that weekend. He has court on 2/21/25 in ###, and I ask that everyone please pray that this whole mess will be cleared up and the case will be dismissed. HE IS INNOCENT. Please pray in Jesus's name for his case to be dismissed before his court date; the stress of all of this is really weighing heavily on him and I both physically and mentally. We don't understand how he was arrested in the ### Metroplex for a warrant out of ### for something there is no way he is involved in. It was said they have a partial fingerprint belonging to him, but that is impossible; he has not been near ###, ###, since August of 2019 when we all went on a family vacation. This is a real weird and crazy situation, and we need lots of prayers to get it cleared up and to make it through all of this. We have already spent $###.00 for an attorney and $###.00 to bail him out of jail and are being told if we go to trial it will cost at least another $###.00. The Bible says the truth will set you free, and I know the truth is he is innocent; it is not fair we are having to spend all this money to prove he is innocent. Please we need prayers, lots of prayers. Thank you for your prayers.

We also want to address the financial strain you are under. While it is important to defend against false accusations, we must also trust that God will provide for all of our needs. We encourage you to pray for God's provision and wisdom in this area, as it is written: "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and ### in their time of need. Lord, You know the truth of the situation, and You are the God of justice and truth. We ask that You intervene in this trial, that the truth will be revealed, and that the case will be dismissed before the court date.

We pray for peace and strength for ### and ###, as they navigate this stressful time. We ask that You provide for all of their needs, not just financially, but also emotionally and spiritually. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that ### and ### will continue to trust in You, no matter the outcome.

We also pray for the authorities involved, that they would have discernment and wisdom, and that the truth would be made clear to them. We ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to the evidence presented.

In all things, Lord, we ask that You be glorified. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you both to remain strong in faith and to trust in the Lord. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stand firm on His promises, and know that He is working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Do not spend time thinking about the what ifs of this world but what God has already promised.
