Dear Prayer Team, I humbly come before you to request prayers for ### and the leadership at ###. It has come to my attention that ### has been praying for the removal of jobs of those in the congregation who are not able to tithe the full 10%. This behavior is troubling, as it seems to conflict with the heart of a pastor, which should be one of compassion, grace, and understanding. Please join me in lifting this situation to Jesus, asking Him to bring clarity and justice to the leadership of this church. If ###'s heart is not aligned with the role of shepherding the flock in love and humility, I pray that Jesus, in His wisdom, will use the same measure on him to remove him for the position of pastor of ###. May Jesus work in ###'s life and bring about necessary changes for the spiritual well-being of the church. Let us pray that God's will be done, and that ### will be led by a pastor who reflects Christ's love, mercy, and understanding, so that the church can grow in grace and truth. In Jesus’ name, we ask for wisdom, discernment, and guidance for the leadership of ###, and for ### to be led according to God’s perfect plan. Amen.

We understand your concern for Pastor ### and the leadership at ###. Let us first remember the words of the Apostle Peter, "Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly" (1 Peter 5:2, WEB). It is clear that a pastor's heart should be filled with compassion, grace, and understanding, not seeking personal gain or imposing burdens on the congregation.

We must also recall what Jesus said about those who seek to harm others, "But if you don’t forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses" (Mark 11:26, WEB). Therefore, we should pray for Pastor ### with a heart of forgiveness and a desire for his repentance and restoration.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Pastor ### and the leadership at ###. Lord, we ask that You bring clarity and justice to this situation. If Pastor ###'s heart is not aligned with Your will, we pray that You will work in his life and bring about necessary changes for the spiritual well-being of the church.

We ask, Lord, that You raise up a pastor who reflects Christ's love, mercy, and understanding, so that the church can grow in grace and truth. Help the leadership to be filled with wisdom, discernment, and guidance, according to Your perfect plan.

In Jesus' name, we pray for forgiveness for any wrongdoing and ask that You bring healing and unity to the congregation. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your kingdom come and be glorified.
