We understand that you are seeking God's blessing for a smooth transition as you and your family hunt for your first home. Firstly, let's discuss a verse about seeking God in all things and applying that to your situation.
In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB it says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
As you search for a new home, trust in the Lord and acknowledge Him in your search. He will direct your paths and provide the best home for you and your family.
When we use the word bless, let's clarify that with a scripture. In Numbers 6:24-26 WEB, it says, Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace.
As you consider what it means for God to bless you, keep in mind that God's blessings often come with responsibilities, and his highest blessing is knowing Jesus Christ. Further, as you consider your home remember in Matthew 6:19-21 WEB, Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
As you search for a home, consider that our treasure should be in heaven in Jesus. Find a home that is affordable and allows you to continue to give to God's work.
We also notice that you did not mention Jesus in your request. It is very important to have a relationship with Jesus. As it says in Acts 4:10-12 WEB be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ or Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole.
This is the stone which was set at nothing of you the builders, which was made the head of the corner.
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, whereby we must be saved!
It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for Morihill and their family as they search for a new home. Guide their steps, Lord, and open the right doors for them.
