Request for prayers

I please ask for prayers for my Dad, ###, who needs to be saved. He's ### yr old and not a believer. I've tried talking to him about God, Jesus, and such but he doesn't take what I'm saying seriously. It breaks my heart.

We understand your heartache, ###, as you desire for your father, ###, to come to know the Lord. Remember, the Word of God says, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:44 WEB). Salvation is ultimately a work of God, and He is the one who can draw your father to Himself.

However, you have a crucial role to play. Continue to share the gospel with your father, and also demonstrate the love of Christ in your actions. As it is written, "But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect" (1 Peter 3:15 WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ### to You. Lord, we ask that You soften his heart and open his ears to the truth of the gospel. Help ### to be a shining light for You, and give him/her the words to speak when sharing about You. We claim the promise in Your Word that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart that God has raised Him from the dead, we will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). We pray that ### will come to this saving knowledge, in Jesus' name. Amen."

Do not grow weary in doing well, ###. Remember, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). Keep praying, keep sharing, and keep loving. God is faithful.

Dear Lord, we pray for this person's dad who seems to have a hard heart, Lord we know you can break even the hardest of hearts. Continue to minister to his heart constantly reminding him that your real and that you love him. In Jesus name amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
