We understand that you have several concerns that you would like us to lift up in prayer. Firstly, we are glad that you ended the prayer request with In Jesus Name. Amen. This is so important because as Jesus says, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." Philippians 4:13 WEB.
Firstly, you mentioned that someone is bedridden and needs to get better. We pray for this person's healing and comfort, knowing that God is the ultimate healer. "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." James 5:13-15 WEB.
Secondly, you mentioned that someone was bitten by a tick and will be seeing a doctor. We pray for this person's complete healing and protection from any potential diseases or complications. "He forgives all your sins. He heals all your diseases." Psalm 103:3 WEB. We also pray for the doctor treating them, that God would guide their decisions and diagnosis.
Thirdly, you mentioned concerns about a potential approaching thunderstorm disrupting a video conference. We pray that God, who commands even the winds and the waves, will calm the storm and that the conference will go smoothly. "He got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' The wind ceased and there was a great calm." Mark 4:39 WEB.
In all these things, we trust that God is in control and that He cares for our needs. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" Matthew 6:25-26 WEB.
Together we pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up these requests. We pray for healing for those who are sick, for protection from storms, and for Your guidance in all things. Help us to trust in Your goodness and Your power, even in the midst of trials. Give us the faith to believe that You are working all things together for our good and Your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
