We join you, Anonymous, in praying that God will grant you favor and understanding from others, especially the specific person you mentioned. We appreciate that you acknowledged that this request is in Christ Jesus' Name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother Anonymous. We ask that You will grant him favor and understanding from others, especially from the specific person he mentioned. Remind them, Lord, of Your compassion towards each of us, just as the Psalmist wrote, For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him. (Psalm 103:11-13 WEB).
Father, we know we are all sinners who are made righteous only by our faith in Jesus so we ask for that compassion to fill this person and all people involved in this situation. Forgive everyone involved of their trespasses and lead them closer to Jesus. We believe that Jesus is the only way to salvation. We pray that if this other person does not believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior that they are reminded of Your love for us in sending Your only Son to die for our sins on the cross. We pray that they accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they do not know Him.
Lord, we ask that You will soften their heart and open their eyes to see Anonymous in Your light. Guide their interactions and grant them Your wisdom and discernment. Help them to remember that just as iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. (Proverbs 27:17 WEB).
We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be encouraged, Anonymous, as we know that God hears our prayers and is working in this situation. Continue to seek Him and His will, trusting that He will guide you and the other person involved. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness. (Ephesians 6:14 WEB)
Remember to walk in love, as Christ also loved you and gave himself up for you, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance. (Ephesians 5:2 WEB) Be blessed by these words and the power they have through Jesus Christ.
