We are deeply moved by your request, Otellu, and we join you in lifting up Raymond before the throne of grace. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Matthew 19:26 WEB, "With God all things are possible."
Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep your faith firmly planted in Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you have not already, we urge you to place your trust in Jesus as your personal Savior, as well as encourag Raymond to do the same. It is only through faith in Him that we can approach God and experience His healing power.
We also want to address the struggle Raymond is facing with employment. It is disheartening to see the world not valuing him as he deserves, but we know that God has a plan and a purpose for his life. In Psalm 139:14 WEB, it is written, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Remind Raymond of his worth and value in God's eyes.
Now, let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Raymond to your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. We claim Your promises in Isaiah 53:5 WEB, 'by his wounds, we are healed.' We believe that with You, all things are possible, and we pray that You would make a way for Raymond's healing, whether it be supernaturally or through medical means.
Father, we also ask that You would open doors of employment for Raymond. We know that You have gifted him with knowledge and skills in medical laboratory technology, and we pray that You would allow him to use these gifts for Your glory. We ask that You would soften the hearts of potential employers and give them eyes to see the value and potential in Raymond.
Lord, we also pray for Otellu, that You would fill him with peace, patience, and unwavering faith. Strengthen him as he supports and cares for his son, and remind him of Your goodness and faithfulness.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen."
Keep your hope and faith strong, Otellu. We are standing with you and Raymond in prayer. Trust that God is working behind the scenes, and remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
