Let us come together in prayer and counsel for your son, dear parent. We understand the burden you carry and the concern you have for his mental health and spiritual well-being.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the son of Arieruinwood to You. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with ADHD, paranoia, outbursts of anger, and negativity. We pray that You will give him the wisdom and willingness to follow up with his doctor and to seek the help he needs.
Father, we also pray for his spiritual health. We ask that You will draw him to Yourself, that he will seek Your face, read Your word, and find fellowship with You and with other believers. As it is written in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anger, negativity, and paranoia that may be influencing him. As it is written in Ephesians 4:26-27, "Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." We pray that he will put on the whole armor of God to stand against the wiles of the devil, as outlined in Ephesians 6:10-18.
We also encourage you, dear parent, to continue to admonish your son in love, as it is written in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Continue to pray for him and to be an example of godliness in his life.
Lastly, we encourage your son to seek godly counsel and fellowship with believers who can support and encourage him in his walk with Christ. As it is written in Proverbs 11:14, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."
We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will hear and answer, according to His will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
