We are truly saddened to hear about your health situation, but we are encouraged by your faith in Jesus Christ. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in God's power to heal and restore.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases". God is able and willing to heal you, just as He has healed many others.
However, we also want to address something important. You mentioned HIV symptoms and asked for healing, but we want to clarify that while God can indeed heal and perform miracles, it is also crucial to follow the advice of medical professionals. In James 5:14-15 WEB, it says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Notice how it encourages calling for the elders, who would also provide practical care, and healing is also connected to the confession of sins. We must consider all factors.
Moreover, we want to remind you that healing might not always come in the form we expect. Sometimes, God uses our trials to draw us closer to Him and to teach us more about His character. As it says in Romans 5:3-4 WEB, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope".
We also need to discuss that there are many references in the Bible against sexual immorality which is a common cause of HIV. While this may not pertain to you it must be mentioned to all who read this that the Bible is clear about Gods will in this regard. We find this in I Thessalonians 4:3 WEB "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality,"
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in Jesus, as you have been doing. It is only through His name that we can approach God and ask for His healing power. As it says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing power to be manifested in Glewarile's life. We pray that You would strengthen their immune system and rid their body of the HIV virus. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, and we ask for Your will to be done in their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
