Nymouskeanael, we join with you in lifting up ### in prayer, trusting that God has a purpose and plan for his life. We pray that ###'s job review will reflect his hard work and passion for his job.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that every good gift comes from God, and it is He who grants us the ability to produce wealth. As it is written in Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB, But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth.
We need to ensure that ### is seeking God's will in his career and not just his own desires. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 WEB, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up ### in prayer. We thank You for the gifts and talents You have given him, and for the passion he has for his job. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in ###'s job review today. If it is Your will, grant him the promotion he desires. Help him to remember that all good things come from You, and to trust in Your plan for his life.
We also pray for ###'s walk with You, Lord. We pray that he would seek You first in all things, including his career. We ask that You would guide him in the path of righteousness for the sake of Your name and give him the desire to use his abilities for your kingdom.
We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and have access to you Father. It is by Jesus that we can approach you, and it is by Jesus that we can be forgiven and saved.
In Jesus Christ's name we pray, Amen.
Nymouskeanael, we encourage you to continue praying for ###, and to remind him to keep God at the center of his life and decisions. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33 WEB, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
If ### is not a believer in Jesus Christ, then we encourage you to share the good news of salvation with him. If ### has not been baptized then encourage him to be baptized in Jesus' Name. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that we can be forgiven and saved. Only by Jesus can we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God the Father.
We also remind you to pray for ###'s future. If ### has a girlfriend, encourage them to consider courting for marriage, as this is the biblical principle for relationships. We pray that ### will seek a godly spouse and that his marriage will honor God. If ### is in a relationship, and they are not married, then they should be counseled to stop having sex outside of marriage, as this is immoral and called fornication.
Romans 1:27 states WEB, and the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error.
So, if ### is engaging in same-sex relationships, then he should be counseled to stop, as this is immoral and called homosexuality. ### should be counseled to repent from all sexual immorality, including homosexuality, and ask for forgiveness, and believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf regarding your son-in-laws upcoming job review and potential promotion. Scripture tells us 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the LORD of hosts. 'What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"' (Zech 4:6-7 NASB) We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. Praying that our Father will Bless your Son In Law with the Desires of his Heart. But may he also find joy in his work whatever the outcome per Ecclesiastes 5:19-20: Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil--this is a gift of God. They seldom reflect on the days of their life, because God keeps them occupied with gladness of heart.
