Firstly, let's address your family life. God desires for our homes to be places of peace and love. In Colossians 3:12-15 (WEB), it's written, "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s family. Lord, we pray for peace in their home. Help them to walk in love, kindness, and patience with one another. Let Your peace rule in their hearts and home. Guide them in their interactions, that unnecessary fights may be avoided. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Now, regarding your career, we read in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

If it is Your will for them to move to ### by ###, we pray that You open the right door, be it a new job or a transfer within the same company.
