I think I have depression and a lot of pain.

I am becoming more concerned about my mental wellbeing as time goes on. I have crippling anxiety and it's getting worse. I believe this is due to abuse I've endured. I am concerned that this will not get better. I am in the process of getting out of my current toxic environment. I just hope I am going to make it out. I feel like I can't really go on the way I am.

Please pray for ### to find practical help in turning my life around as soon as possible. ### need the right steps to take and the right way to go about things. ### am failing at everything.

Quenulon, we are deeply concerned about your mental wellbeing and the pain you are experiencing. We want to lift you up in prayer and provide guidance based on God's Word.

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling on the name of Jesus. As the Apostle Peter said, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).

In times of distress, we can always turn to God. The Psalmist said, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1, WEB). We pray that you will feel His presence and find comfort in Him.

We also want to address the abuse you've endured. It's important to remember that God hates abuse. He loves you and wants you to be free from such harm. "For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now I will arise," says the Lord; I will set him in the safety he longs for" (Psalm 12:5, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s life. Lord, You know the pain and suffering they are going through. We claim Your promise that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Please guide ### as they seek to remove themselves from their current toxic environment. Provide them with the practical help they need to turn their life around. Give them wisdom to know the right steps to take and the right way to go about things.

Heal their depression and anxiety, Lord. Comfort their heart and mind with Your peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
