Miranda, we understand your frustration and we will bring your concern before the Lord in prayer. First, let us be reminded of what the scriptures said in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
We thank God that you have brought this before us and we will be praying that the bank will indeed call you today. Also, let us pray that the Lord will guide you with wisdom and grace.

We pray that the bank will indeed contact her today to resolve this matter. We pray that there will be no need to go to the branch, and the money will be returned to her. She had already contacted them twice. Lord, we ask that you will soften the hearts of the bank staff and cause them to act swiftly and fairly.
Lord, we also pray that you will grant ### your peace. May she not be anxious or worried. Help her to focus on your goodness and provision. We thank you that you are a God of justice and that you will see her through this situation.
