Repentance

I’d like a prayer for Forgiveness for lusting and getting drunk and looking at pornography. I never want to do it again. I’m so ashamed, but I feel hardened. I need a clean heart of love, not a heart of stone. I can’t live like this anymore. In the secret shame. I’m too ashamed to even tell my friend. He doesn’t know my secret sins and failures, and I’m terrified of being lukewarm and being rejected by God. I’m very sorry and never want to fail like this again. I feel awful.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking forgiveness and a clean heart. Lord, we acknowledge that we have all sinned and fallen short of your glory. We confess our sins of lusting, getting drunk, and looking at pornography, and we ask for your forgiveness and cleansing.

Father, we know that you are a God of mercy and grace, and you promise to forgive us when we confess our sins to you. We ask for your forgiveness, Lord, and we pray that you would wash away the guilt and shame that ### is feeling. Help them to truly repent and turn away from these sins, never to return to them again.

Lord, we pray for a transformation of ###'s heart. Replace the heart of stone with a heart of flesh, filled with your love and purity. Remove any hardness or callousness that has developed as a result of these sins, and soften their heart to be sensitive to your leading and conviction.

Father, we lift up ###'s fear of being lukewarm and rejected by you. Remind them of your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help them to trust in your grace and to find comfort in the assurance of your forgiveness. Fill them with a deep desire to pursue holiness and righteousness, relying on your strength and guidance.

We pray for ###'s courage to open up to a trusted friend or mentor who can provide support and accountability. Surround them with understanding and compassionate individuals who can walk alongside them on this journey of healing and restoration.

Lord, we ask that you would break the chains of addiction and temptation that have held ### captive. Fill their mind with thoughts that are pure and honorable. Strengthen them to resist the enemy's attacks and to stand firm in their commitment to live a life that honors you.

Finally, we pray for your ongoing guidance and protection over ###. Lead them on the path of righteousness and help them to grow in their relationship with you. May they experience the freedom and joy that comes from living a life surrendered to you.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart.Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
