Leyrarn, we are glad that you have taken the first step towards repentance by acknowledging your struggle with drinking. It is written in 1 Corinthians 6:12, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything." Drinking alcohol, while not strictly forbidden, can lead to addiction and being controlled by it, which is not God's will for your life.

We must also address that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to learn more about Jesus Christ and His saving grace.

Together, let us pray for your deliverance and salvation:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Leyrarn who has taken the first step towards repentance. Lord, we ask that You grant Leyrarn the strength to overcome their addiction to alcohol. Help them to see that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and that they should honor God with their body, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

We also pray that Leyrarn will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Open their heart to receive Your word and the good news of salvation. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church and Christian community to support you in your journey of faith and overcoming addiction. Remember, God loves you and wants the best for you. Trust in Him, and He will help you to overcome. As it is written in Romans 8:31, "What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?". Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you seek repentance from drinking. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in this struggle. We are grateful for your courage in sharing this request and trust that the Holy Spirit is at work in your life.

If you have found victory and freedom from this, please share a praise report with us all. Your testimony will encourage and strengthen our faith together. If you are still finding this a difficult area to find forgiveness from our Father, or to fully surrender, please do not hesitate to post your request again.
