Lamboer, we understand that you are struggling with repentance for masturbation. Firstly, we commend you for bringing this into the light and seeking help. It is not God's will for any of us in Christ to live in sinful bondage.
Resist sexual immorality. Our hearts go out to you because God's will is for you to be sanctified, for you to stay away from sexual immorality, (1 Thessalonians 4:3). We are reminded to flee from sexual immorality. (1 Corinthians. 6:18)
This is not who you are any more if you have truly committed your life to Christ. For you know this, that no sexually immoral, nor idolater, nor adulterer, nor male prostitute, nor transexual, nor thief, nor covetous, nor drunkard, nor slanderer, nor extortioner, will inherit God's Kingdom. Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God. (1 Corinthians. 6:9-11)
With that being said we pray for you Lamboer.
Father, we come boldly before Your throne of grace, seeking Your help for our dear Lamboer. We confess Your Son Jesus Christ and His shed blood as redemption for our sins. We know how easily sexual sin can entangle our hearts, minds, and bodies. Convict Lamboer of the deep spiritual harm of this sin. Give Lamboer the strength to repent, turn away and resist the temptations that lead to this behavior and cast down any strongholds that have taken hold. Help to be obedient to the Word of God and not give in to the lust of the flesh. Draw Lamboer close to You, Lord, and guide Lamboer in the paths of righteousness. Give Lamboer courage and determination to live a life of purity before You. We pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ, that Lamboer will be forgiven and healed, heart, soul, and body. Draw Lamboer close to You, Lord, and guide him in the paths of righteousness. Restore Lamboer and help him strive to be holy because You are holy.
Lamboer, we encourage you to engage in activities that will strengthen your faith and take your focus away from sinful behavior, which you can increase your prayer life, delve into God's Word, participate in fellowship, and serve others. We encourage you to confess your struggle with a trusted spiritual mentor or accountability group and make sure to put all your hope in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
Remember to walk in the spirit and you will not fulfill lust of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16)
Lastly, encourage others as we have encouraged you.
