Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who desires to embark on a 3-day fast. Lord, we acknowledge that repentance is a crucial step before beginning any spiritual discipline. We humbly ask for your forgiveness for any sins, transgressions, or shortcomings in ###'s life. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Father, we pray that you would search ###'s heart and reveal any areas that need repentance. Help them to have a genuine sorrow for their sins and a deep desire to turn away from them. Grant them the strength and courage to confess their sins to you, knowing that you are a loving and merciful God who forgives and restores.

As ### embarks on this 3-day fast, we pray that you would grant them clarity of mind, spiritual discernment, and a deep intimacy with you. May this time of fasting be a catalyst for transformation and spiritual growth. Fill ### with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to resist temptation and draw closer to you.

Lord, we also pray for guidance and direction during this fast. As ### seeks your wisdom and guidance, may you grant them the clarity and understanding they need. Your Word in James 1:5-6 assures us that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will generously give it to us. We ask for divine wisdom and discernment in every decision and situation ### may face.

Finally, Lord, we pray for protection and strength throughout this fast. Shield ### from any spiritual attacks or distractions that may hinder their focus and commitment. Strengthen them physically, mentally, and spiritually, so that they may endure and complete this fast with a steadfast heart.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and grace. May this time of repentance and fasting bring about a deeper relationship with you and a renewed sense of purpose and direction in ###'s life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Stop and take the time daily to tell God Thank You. Every morning when you wake up, throughout your day, and before you go to sleep, make it a habit to say, GOD THANK YOU! Tell God Thank You throughout the day for his unexpected blessings, for His love, goodness, mercy, and kindness that He shows toward you. Thank God for the prayers He is answering, God's divine appointments, and all that He is doing in your life and the lives of those you love and care about. Tell God Thank You even when you don’t understand why you are going through the trials, troubles, and tribulations that come your way. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Tell God Thank You!

This habit of thankfulness and appreciation to God has incredible power! It will change your life.
