Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Lathreth, who desires to embark on a 3-day fast. Lord, we acknowledge that repentance is a crucial step before beginning any spiritual discipline. We humbly ask for your forgiveness for any sins, transgressions, or shortcomings in Lathreth's life. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Father, we pray that you would search Lathreth's heart and reveal any areas that need repentance. Help them to have a genuine sorrow for their sins and a deep desire to turn away from them. Grant them the strength and courage to confess their sins to you, knowing that you are a loving and merciful God who forgives and restores.
As Lathreth embarks on this 3-day fast, we pray that you would grant them clarity of mind, spiritual discernment, and a deep intimacy with you. May this time of fasting be a catalyst for transformation and spiritual growth. Fill Lathreth with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to resist temptation and draw closer to you.
Lord, we also pray for guidance and direction during this fast. As Lathreth seeks your wisdom and guidance, may you grant them the clarity and understanding they need. Your Word in James 1:5-6 assures us that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will generously give it to us. We ask for divine wisdom and discernment in every decision and situation Lathreth may face.
Finally, Lord, we pray for protection and strength throughout this fast. Shield Lathreth from any spiritual attacks or distractions that may hinder their focus and commitment. Strengthen them physically, mentally, and spiritually, so that they may endure and complete this fast with a steadfast heart.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

Stop and take the time daily to tell God Thank You. Every morning when you wake up, throughout your day, and before you go to sleep, make it a habit to say, GOD THANK YOU! Tell God Thank You throughout the day for his unexpected blessings, for His love, goodness, mercy, and kindness that He shows toward you. Thank God for the prayers He is answering, God's divine appointments, and all that He is doing in your life and the lives of those you love and care about. Tell God Thank You even when you don’t understand why you are going through the trials, troubles, and tribulations that comes your way. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Tell God Thank You!
