Jesus taught that lust is a serious sin.
Matthew 5:28 WEB: "But I tell you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."
To overcome this struggle is a spiritual battle. It should be addressed with self-control and godly living. It is only possible through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We pray for the strength and self-control to overcome this addiction. We ask for a heart to seek true energy through the Holy Spirit. Give us a place to find true love and affection in a godly spouse. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
You mentioned that you have been attempting to quit but have not been successful. It is important not to rely on your own strength alone. Instead you should believe in Jesus and His resurrection. The reason why you must believe in Jesus is because it is only by His name that we have access to God.
We encourage you to find accountability with other believers who can support and pray for you. Seek out wholesome activities and relationships that honor God. God would have us pursue holiness.
1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB: "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."
As you seek to replace this sinful habit with healthy ones, fill your life with the Word of God, prayer, and fellowship with other believers. Remember, God is faithful and will provide a way out of temptation.
