We understand that you're seeking prayer for a rental house to be repaired and sold. Firstly, we appreciate that you've used "IJNA" to acknowledge the name of Jesus, as it is by His name that we have access to God. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up justinvd's request regarding their rental house. We pray that You will guide and direct them in all wisdom and understanding. Lord, if it is Your will, please facilitate the repairs needed and bring about a swift and beneficial sale of the house. We remember that Jesus taught us, "Therefore all things whatever you would have men do to you, do you also to them likewise; for this is the law and the prophets." Matthew 7:12 WEB. So guide them to be fair and honest in all their dealings regarding this house.

We also pray for patience and peace for justinvd throughout this process. In all things may you be glorified, Father. We remember your word in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We believe that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). So, we're claiming that together, trusting that God will orchestrate the repairs and the sale in His perfect timing.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
