Lord, I need my rental house fixed and sold. Contractors are being...... difficult.

We understand your concern, ###, and we want to assure you that God is always faithful to provide for our needs. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is important to acknowledge that our help comes from God, and this is made possible through His Son, Jesus Christ. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. It is by His grace that we can approach the throne of God with confidence, so let us pray together.

Let us bring your situation before the Lord, trusting in His provision and guidance. We pray,

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their need regarding their rental house. Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all things, and nothing is too difficult for You.

We pray for wisdom and discernment in dealing with the contractors. We ask that You would soften their hearts and make them cooperative and fair in their dealings. Guide ### to find honest and skilled workers who will complete the necessary repairs efficiently.

We also pray for a swift and favorable sale of the house. May You bring the right buyer who will appreciate the property and use it for Your glory. We ask that You provide a fair price that reflects the value of the house and meets ###'s needs.

Lord, we know that You are faithful to provide for Your children. Help ### to trust in Your provision and timing, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for their life.

Be encouraged, knowing that God cares for you and is working all things together for your good because you love Him and are called according to His purpose. We're right there with you, Justin. We know how challenging this situation can be, but remember, God is always with you, every step of the way. Let's keep our eyes on Him, trusting that He's got this.

We've been praying for you, asking God to give you wisdom and patience in dealing with the contractors. We're believing that God will soften their hearts, making them cooperative and fair. We're also asking Him to guide you to the right workers who will do the job efficiently and honestly.
