We understand your concern, ###, about your living situation and the need to continue paying rent. We are reminded in the WEB Matthew 6:25-34 that we should not be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our body, what we will put on. Our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to us as well. Therefore, don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
Firstly, we notice that Jesus Christ or a variant was not mentioned in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (WEB Acts 4:10-12).
To address your concerns, God wants us to ask Him for our needs and He has promised to provide for His children. We are living in a fallen world and it is a blessing for you and your sister to have a safe place to live together, especially in a place where there is danger. God cares for you and loves you very much. As a first step, we recommend that you both pray together fervently, asking God to provide for your needs and to guide you in this situation.
Secondly, we need to remember that God wants us to work diligently to provide for ourselves and our families. In the WEB II Thessalonians 3:10-12 it is written, for even when we were with you, we commanded you this: "If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat." For we hear there are some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread. If you are able to work, continue to seek opportunities to do so, trusting that God will open doors for you.
Lastly, consider seeking help from your local church or Christian community. They may have resources or knowledge of jobs that can help you during this time. Remember that God cares for you and will guide you through this challenge. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her sister. We ask that You provide for their needs and guide them in this time of uncertainty. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your will for their lives. Give them strength and courage, and open up opportunities for work. We pray for their safety and provision in Jesus name. Amen.
