Vuehill, we join you in prayer regarding your property and the search for a suitable tenant. We trust that God, in His sovereignty, knows your needs and will provide accordingly.
Firstly, we encourage you to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our material possessions. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
However, it is also important to do your part by being wise and discerning in the selection process. This might involve thorough background checks, seeking references, and ensuring that the potential tenant has a stable income. As it is written in Proverbs 2:6 WEB:

Give Vuehill wisdom and discernment in this process, and help them to trust in Your provision.
We also pray that through this process, Vuehill will draw closer to You, seeking Your will and Your kingdom first. We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
