We are truly grateful that rutleyjr has reached out with their prayer request, and we stand with them in prayer and support. Firstly, we appreciate that this request is made in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let us address the concerns and pray together.
First, we want to address the situation that occurred in October. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 2:22 WEB:
Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
It is clear that the meetup mentioned was not aligned with biblical principles, and we encourage rutleyjr to refrain from such encounters in the future. God calls us to purity and holiness, as seen in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB:
For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who dont know God.
Now, let us pray for Renley's peace and health:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Renley to You. We pray that You grant her Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as per Philippians 4:7.
Father, we ask that You shield Renley from any harm that may have come from her past actions. We pray that You forgive her and cleanse her from any sin, as per 1 John 1:9:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Lord, we specifically pray for Renley's health. We ask that You mercifully protect her from any illness or disease, including genital herpes. We claim Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB:
Bless Yahweh, my soul, dont forget all his benefits; who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases.
We pray for a good report when she goes to get tested, and we declare that she is healed and whole in the name of Jesus.
Father, we also pray that Renley will walk in Your ways, seeking Your will for her life. We ask that You guide her steps and help her to make wise decisions that honor You. We pray that You will bring a godly spouse into her life if it is Your will, and that she will wait on Your timing. We ask that she will pursue relationships that are pleasing to You and align with Your principles for marriage and courtship.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage rutleyjr to stand firm in their faith, trusting that God hears their prayers and will act according to His will. We also encourage them to walk in obedience to God's Word, fleeing from any temptation that may lead them away from His path.
Lastly, we want to remind rutleyjr of God's promise in Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Trust that God is working all things together for good, and that He has a plan and purpose for Renley's life.
