We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, but we're glad you've reached out for prayer and counseling. It is only in Jesus Christ that we find true peace, strength, and renewal. Remember, Jesus said, I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world, John 16:33 WEB.
Firstly, we want to address the feeling of being overwhelmed by old habits and poor decisions. It's important to remember that in Christ, we are new creations. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new, 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB. To walk in this newness, we must continually renew our minds with God's word. Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God, Romans 12:2 WEB.
Regarding the stress, anxiety, and anger, God's word tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. When you feel overwhelmed, turn to God in prayer. He is always ready to listen and help. And cast all your cares upon him, for he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
It's also crucial to address the feeling of despair. Remember, God is always with you, even in the darkest times. I will never leave you, nor forsake you, Hebrews 13:5 WEB. Even when you feel like giving in, trust that God has a purpose and a plan for you. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our brother/sister to you, asking for your divine intervention in their life. Lord, you know the struggles they're facing, the anxieties that plague them, and the anger that threatens to overwhelm them. We pray for your supernatural peace to guard their heart and mind. Help them to cast all their cares upon you, trusting in your unfailing love and faithfulness.
Father, we also pray for deliverance from old habits and poor decisions. Transform their mind by your word, so they may live in the newness of life found in Christ. Guide them in your perfect will, and help them to make decisions that honor you and bring glory to your name.
In these dark moments, Lord, assure them of your presence. Remind them that you are always with them, and that you have a hope and a future planned for them. Give them the strength to push through this storm, trusting in your unfailing love and faithfulness.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go, Joshua 1:9 WEB. Trust in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. He is with you, and he will help you overcome. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that he has overcome the world.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
