Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus on behalf of Taenith, who humbly seeks Your help to remove pride from their life. Lord, we acknowledge that pride is a stumbling block that hinders our relationship with You and with others. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:18 that pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.
We ask, Lord, that You would reveal any areas of pride in Taenith's heart and bring them to a place of true humility. Help them to recognize that true greatness comes from surrendering to Your will and relying on Your strength, rather than relying on their own accomplishments or abilities.
Lord, we pray that Taenith would have a deep sense of their own sinfulness and nothingness before You. May they come to understand that it is only through Your grace and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ that we can find forgiveness and salvation. Help them to embrace the truth that apart from You, we can do nothing.
We ask for Your grace to fill Taenith's heart, enabling them to let go of self-righteousness, self-exaltation, and self-praise. May they find their worth and identity in You alone, recognizing that all good things come from Your hand.
Lord, we pray for a spirit of meekness to be cultivated within Taenith. Teach them to be gentle, humble, and submissive, following the example of Jesus who said, "Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls" .
Help Taenith to resist the temptation to compare themselves with others or seek recognition and praise from the world. Instead, may they find their true peace and rest in beholding You and seeking Your approval above all else.
We thank You, Lord, for Your promise that when we humble ourselves before You, You will exalt us . We trust in Your faithfulness to transform Taenith's heart and remove all traces of pride. May they experience the freedom and joy that comes from walking in humility and surrender to Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
