Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sibling in Christ who is facing opposition and false accusations at their workplace. Lord, You see the injustice, the conspiracies, and the hatred they are facing. We ask that You surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12).

We pray against any form of harassment, bullying, and false accusations. Lord, let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Expose any evil plans and conspiracies, and let their enemies be scattered (Psalm 68:1).

We also pray for their colleagues and those who are persecuting them. Father, convict their hearts and draw them to You. Let them know that You are the only way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Change their hearts, Lord, and let them be filled with love and kindness instead of hatred and malice.

Holy Spirit, guide our sibling in their actions and words. Let them be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your love and grace. Strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Give them wisdom to navigate this challenging situation and to make decisions that honor You.
