Let us begin by confronting any misconception. God is the one who has sole power over life and death. Scripture is very clear that we should not engage in any behavior that attempts to manipulate this. See Acts 12:23 and Acts 25:11,12 WEB

You mentioned the chasing from a man who has evil intentions and is possibly obsessed. It appears that you might be dealing with a Spirit of fear and torment from the enemy (Satan). Please know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). While you are experiencing torment at night, God provides a way to deal with such issues.

Let us mention that the only one who has the power to remove such a spirit is Jesus Christ. If you are not already firmly a believer in Jesus Christ then begin now. Confess and forsake your sins and invite Jesus to be Lord and Savior of your life. For you to have absolute victory it is essential for you to be a born again believer in Jesus Christ. Jesus says unless a man is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God. More information is in John chapter 3 WEB.

As for the man who is pursuing you it is really important for you to avoid him physically and emotionally. For him to desire your corpse it is likely that his pursuit is sexual in nature and that he is messing with darkness. Realize that your struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. So, the first step is to submit yourself to God and to resist the devil. Ask God to help you clearly sever all ties with this man in the natural and in the realm of the spirit. James 4:7-8 WEB Therefore, submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

It's true that God wants us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 WEB Keep in mind God can change even the hardest heart over time with His Love. God desires all men to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth. 2 Timothy 2:3-4 So we need to pray for even those who intend the most harm. God can do anything.

We need to address your fear that he cannot let you go. The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim the Good News and send forth and to proclaim to the captives release, and recovering of sight to the blind (Luke 4:18 WEB). God desires you to be free and delivered from this cruel bondage of the enemy.

Let's stand on the word of God. We must take authority over any spirit of fear and harassment from the enemy towards you and toward the man also. Do not be due to the harassment of the enemy. Greater is the one who is in you than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).

Lord, We cover any possible sin that may be giving this man or his demons access to the life of the one who submitted this request. If the submissionter is not a believer in Jesus Christ then we pray that this becomes a major event in the their life that will lead to their conversion in becoming a believer and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord. May Your perfect will be done in both of their lives. Even in the midst of such a stressful situation may You be glorified in Jesus Christ's Name.

We're here for you, holding you up in prayer. First, let's claim God's promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, that we're not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline. Let's stand firm in that truth, knowing that God is greater than any fear or torment we're facing.

We need to bind any spirits of fear, harassment, or obsession from this man, and command them to leave in Jesus' name. We also ask for forgiveness for any sins that may have given access to these spirits, and we break any ties between you two, both physically and spiritually.

Let's also pray for this man, that God would soften his heart and draw him to the truth. We trust that God can turn even the hardest heart around with His love.

We're here to support you, sister. Keep trusting in God, and remember, "Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). God will deliver you from this bondage, in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
