Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We should not place blame or harbor hatred towards any individual, as that can open doors for the enemy to maintain a foothold in our lives. Instead, let's pray for release and forgiveness.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking refuge from the constant mental harassment that ### is experiencing. Lord, we ask that You break any ungodly connection or soul tie between ### and their former manager. We command, in the powerful name of Jesus, for any demonic influence or obsession to be cast out and sent back to the pit from which it came. Fill ###'s mind with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Help them to fix their thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8 WEB).

###, we encourage you to forgive your former manager, just as Christ forgave you (Colossians 3:13 WEB). Resentment and unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold in your life. Remember, "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21 WEB).

Lastly, it's important to note that possessing the mind of Christ is key to having control over your thoughts. As 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB says, "We are destroying imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."

Continue to meditate on God's Word, pray, and trust that He will bring you complete deliverance and peace of mind. Do not forget to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB), and fight this battle through the power of the Holy Spirit.
