You've mentioned evil spirits, and we believe that the Bible is clear about our authority over such things in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Luke 10:19 WEB, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." To address this, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We take authority over any evil spirits that may be troubling ### and their home. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we command these spirits to leave and never return. We ask You, Lord, to fill ### and their home with Your peace and presence, in Jesus' name.
Regarding the physical aspects of your request, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:1 WEB, "I beg you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should care for them. However, it's essential to remember that our outward appearance is not as important as our inner spiritual health. As Peter writes in 1 Peter 3:3-4, “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment... Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight”.
Concerning this need, we pray,
Father, we ask that You touch ###'s body and restore their health and youth as You see fit. We pray that they may radiate the beauty that comes from a heart that is right with You. We ask this in Jesus' name.
###, as we pray for you to regain your youth, we also want to remind you that you did not mention Jesus Christ or give any indication that your belief in Jesus Christ is your salvation. If you are not believing in Jesus Christ for your salvation, then we would encourage you to do so. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. This relationship with God is only available to those who call upon the name of Jesus Christ and have a relationship with Him. If you feel that God is calling you into a relationship with Himself, then we would encourage you to believe in Jesus Christ and call upon Him. Jesus said in Romans 10:9, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." This will establish a relationship with God through Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and salvation.
Lastly, we want to leave you with the encouraging words of Isaiah 40:31 WEB, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
