We understand your concern for your older relative and the difficult situation she is facing. Firstly, let's bring this before the Lord in prayer.

We are reminded of Psalm 37:28-29 (WEB), "For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off. The righteous will inherit the land, and live in it forever."
It is important to remember that God cares deeply for the vulnerable and the oppressed. He will not forsake your relative. However, we must also act in accordance with God's will. It is commendable that you want God to send people to help her, but we should also be willing to be the answer to our own prayers.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and act in a way that protects your relative. This might involve reporting the situation to local authorities or consulting with a lawyer. It is our responsibility to stand up for the oppressed (Proverbs 31:8-9).
Lastly, we want to address the fact that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). We encourage you to come before God in the name of Jesus, as it is the name above all names (Philippians 2:9-10). If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
In all things, trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He will make your paths straight.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
