Dear Lord my heavenly father, I came here with a heart filled with bitterness, anger and anxiety. I pray that you will pour your wisdom upon me so I will free of these negative emotions. Lord, the email my in-law sent made me so angry and annoyed. Please help me to block out my negative emotions on them and give me an armour so I can protect myself from their impossible demands and toxic attitudes. Lord, the thought of failure paralysed me so I am not able to write for over a week. I pray that you will help me to stay focused and catch up so I can complete the first draft this Sunday. Lord, I know the stuff and I am expanding my learning all the time. Please ask holy spirit to assist me in the process so I am able to show how much I learned and concurred. Lord, I aslo pray for my one year old son. I feel I am abandoning him and I pray for inner peace. I also pray you will help him to understand at this age and I pray you will grant me some time with him after the dissertation. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen

Firstly, it's important to address the bitterness, anger, and anxiety you're feeling. The Bible tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). We encourage you to continually bring these emotions to God and trust that He will replace them with His peace.

Regarding your in-laws, Jesus commands us to "love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Instead of blocking out negative emotions, pray for them and ask God to help you forgive and love them, despite their attitudes. Remember, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18 WEB).

Concerning your writing, trust that God will give you the focus and focus you need. "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). Ask for His strength and wisdom to complete the first draft.

We praise God that you acknowledge the Holy Spirit's role in your learning process. Remember, "For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure" (Philippians 2:13 WEB).

Regarding your son, know that God loves him even more than you do. Trust that He will provide time for you both after your dissertation. "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don't forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'" (Matthew 19:14 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up lost_soul. Lord, pour out Your wisdom and peace upon them, and help them to forgive and love their in-laws. Help them to focus and complete their first draft. We ask that You will provide quality time for them and their son after this season. Guide them continually, and may Your will be done in their life. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, lost_soul, remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1Timothy 2:5 WEB). Keep trusting in Him.

We're here with you, sister. Let's lean into Jesus together.

First off, that anger and anxiety you're feeling? Let's hand them over to God. He's more than capable of carrying them for you. Remember, "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you" (Psalm 55:22). Trust that He's got this.

Now, about your in-laws. We know it's tough, but let's try to see them through God's eyes. "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Matthew 5:44). It's not easy, but with God's strength, we can do this.

As for your writing, we believe in you! You've got this. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Keep pressing on, one word at a time.

And your son, oh, he's a treasure! God will make a way for you to spend quality time together. "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4).

Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You. Help her to let go of that anger and anxiety, and fill her with Your peace. Give her strength to love her in-laws as You love us. Guide her hand as she writes, and open up time for her and her son. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
