We understand that you're seeking deliverance from witchcraft, spells, black magic, hexes, and voodoo. First, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus by ending your request with "In Jesus name amen." It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to God (Acts 4:12). Know that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
We must strongly emphasize, WEB Psalm 56:4 "I will praise the words of God, I will praise his word." WEB Psalm 91:1 "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." and WEB Isaiah 54:17 "but with righteousness I will clothe you and no weapon that is used against you will prevail." and WEB 2 Corinthians 10:4 "for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but of the power of God to the destruction of fortifications."
We must rebuke witchcraft and similar practices as they are detestable to the Lord (WEB Deuteronomy 18:10-12 "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"). Know that God wants you to have an abundant life through belief in Jesus Christ and not be oppressed by the enemy.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and deliverance for this dear soul. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life and rebuke any form of witchcraft, spells, black magic, hexes, and voodoo that has been spoken or performed against them.
By the authority given to us in the name of Jesus, we command these evil influences to be broken and rendered powerless. We pray for hornet stings (WEB Exodus 23:28 "I will send hornets before you, which will drive them out"). We cancel every assignment of the enemy and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (WEB Isaiah 54:17).
We ask for the freedom of this dear person so that they can be a more faithful follower of Jesus Christ and live their life in service of Him. We pray that Your holy angels surround and protect them, (WEB Psalm 91:11 "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.") and that Your peace and joy fill their heart.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to walk closely with the Lord, read His Word daily, and seek His will in all things. If you have not already, consider finding a Bible-believing church where you can fellowship with other Christians and grow in your faith. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (WEB 2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
