Removal of Tenant

[Elaye]

I have a tenant on my 2nd floor each time she would fill the bathtub to the overflow then it will flow to the 1st floor all the way to the basement, she’s been doing this for years, on top of it she owns back rent it’s been over a year now.
I need prayer in order for her to get up and go without any retaliation, I am been praying to God for this to happen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Elaye and their current situation with their tenant. Lord, you are the God who sees all things and knows the needs of your children. We ask for your divine intervention in this matter.

Father, we pray that you would touch the heart of the tenant and bring conviction upon her. Help her to realize the consequences of her actions and the burden she has placed on Elaye. We ask that you would soften her heart and lead her to make the right decision to leave without any retaliation.

Lord, we also pray for a resolution to the issue of back rent. We ask for your provision and guidance in this matter. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:9-10, "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine." We trust in your promise to provide for Elaye's needs and ask for a favorable outcome.

Father, grant Elaye wisdom and discernment as they navigate this situation. Give them peace and patience as they wait for your perfect timing. Strengthen their faith and remind them that you are in control.

We declare in faith that you are able to bring about a resolution to this situation. We thank you in advance for your faithfulness and for working all things together for the good of those who love you. May your will be done in this matter.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
