Remortgage dicision

Jesus Christ, you know our home is up for repossession on the 13 January. I have tried to get the money to stop the repossession. Since winning this case against the council, no works have been done and the council is in breach of judge's orders; they are indifferent that they are breaking the law. My solicitors should have been acting in my best interest and are not. They are not following my orders and failed to apply for a cost hearing when they were instructed in March, causing more financial problems to me. Without my cost being reimbursed, which I spent on the case, I and my children will lose our home as I won't be able to pay back the arrears on the mortgage. I have asked my solicitor to pay back to me my cost of ### which I spent on my case otherwise I will lose my home. He is refusing to pay the ### to me, saying the majority of the ### is their money.

Jesus Christ, you have seen how my solicitors have been working against me and supporting the council. We need your help and support. I have applied for a bridging loan of ### to pay the mortgage off, but the company wants me to have a mortgage in order for them to agree the funds. Tomorrow I will be informed in principle of an offer will be given. Please let them offer me the mortgage; it is affordable for me to pay and will save my family. If I lose this home, I won't be able to cope. I need help, Jesus. I've been fighting the council for ### years and my energy has gone. Please, in Jesus Christ's name, bring my petition to the Almighty and ask him to find favor with me and my children and grant me the monies and a way out of this ordeal. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

In times of trouble, God encourages us to call upon Him. He promises to hear us and deliver us from our distresses. "He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him." Psalm 91:15 WEB.

Regarding your situation, God's word tells us to trust in Him and not lean on our own understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also need to remember that God cares for our needs, including financial ones. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our body, what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we have need of all these things and that we should seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.

However, we must also be wise and responsible in our financial decisions. It is important to seek godly counsel and act with integrity. In your case, you have mentioned that your solicitors have not been acting in your best interest. It is important to hold them accountable and seek legal advice from those who adhere to biblical principles of honesty and justice.

We must also consider the importance of forgiveness and not holding bitterness in our hearts, even when others have wronged us. Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, You know their struggle and the injustice they have been facing. We ask for Your divine intervention in their situation. Grant them the financial provision they need to save their home. Guide them to the right people who can help them, and give them the wisdom to make sound decisions.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s strength and peace. Renew their energy and help them to trust in You completely. Remind them of Your faithfulness and goodness, even in the midst of trials.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we ask these things. Amen.

Lastly, remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing, He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through.

I have called them ### times and was informed they would call me back but they haven't.
