Remember the Tower of Babel?Also, sometimes something reminds you of something else, and you draw a paralell.Whereas God confused the languages at Babel, because they wanted self rule in opposition to God, ma.n thinking HEhad the way, nowadays we see the Democrats denouncing Israel, remo vng the word God from places , backing gay marriage abortion, etc. what happens?THEIR party is now in con fusion, and nothing is working for them.I somehow sense it's a similar strategy by God as in the tower of Babylon.I see similarities...

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts seeking Your wisdom and guidance. As Steven reflects on the story of the Tower of Babel, we are reminded of how You intervened when humanity sought to exalt itself above You. Genesis 11:9 tells us, "Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth."

Lord, we see parallels in our world today where many seek to remove You from public life and pursue paths contrary to Your will. We pray that Your divine plan will prevail, and that confusion among those who oppose Your ways will ultimately lead to a turning back to You. Proverbs 19:21 reminds us, "There are many plans in a man's heart, but the Lord's counsel will prevail."

We lift up our leaders and nations to You, asking that You bring clarity, wisdom, and a return to godly principles. May Your truth shine brightly in the midst of confusion and division. We pray for repentance and revival, that hearts may be turned back to You, and that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
