Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. As Jesus teaches, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:22, WEB). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, as He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
