Big things are happening in Jesus' Name! 
We understand your concern for your son, Kadisdae, and we are here to pray and offer guidance according to God's word.
Firstly, we remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is power in His name.
Regarding your son's situation, we are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 37:25 WEB, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God is faithful to provide for His children and their families.
However, we must also remember the biblical principles of work and provision. In 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB, the Apostle Paul writes, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, don't let him eat.'" It is important for your son to continue working diligently, trusting that God will ensure he receives what he is rightfully owed.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Kadisdae's son to You. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and ensure that he receives the wages owed to him. Help him to continue working diligently, trusting in Your provision. Lord, we also pray for Kadisdae, that You would give her peace and faith in Your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Kadisdae, to encourage your son to keep working hard, obeying God's commands, and trusting in His provision. As Psalm 128:2 WEB says, "For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you." Trust that God has a plan and will provide in His own perfect timing.
