We understand that you are seeking prayer for your that your boyfriend ### who is currently in jail. However, we want to address a few things before we pray together.
Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ or even hint at faith in Him. It is only by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12), and have access to God (John 14:6). We kindly direct you to learn about or remember the basic salvation message here:
ours is a message of faith in God to believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him and a change of heart toward God combined with trust in Jesus Christ who died for our sins and rose again (Hebrews 11:6, Hebrews 10:22, Romans 10:9-10, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
Secondly, we want to remind you that the Bible teaches us to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). This means that, as followers of Christ, we should seek to marry those who are also followers of Christ (1 Corinthians 7:39). We encourage you to consider this in your relationship and pray for God's will to be done and discern what God expects from you.
Regarding your boyfriend's current situation, we should pray for justice and God's will to be done. If ### is innocent, we pray that the truth will come to light. If he is guilty, we pray for his repentance and that he will receive the appropriate consequences for his actions and through them be ultimately blessed for obeying God from now on.
