Please help ### relax and stop stressing out about what happened in October. Then again a few days ago. Help him forget and move forward. Help him not to overthink.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in ###'s life. We pray that you would grant ### peace and calmness in their heart and mind. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We ask that you would help ### to cast all their cares upon you, knowing that you care for them.
Lord, we pray specifically for ### to find rest from the burdens and stresses they have been carrying. We ask that you would help them to let go of the events that have caused them distress, both in October and recently. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 43:18-19 that you can make all things new and that you are able to bring beauty out of ashes. We pray that you would bring healing and restoration to ###'s heart and mind, helping them to forget and move forward.
Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom for ###, that they may not overthink or dwell on negative thoughts. Help them to trust in your plans and purposes for their life, knowing that you are in control. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give it generously. We pray that you would grant ### clarity of mind and the ability to discern your will in every situation.
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and your promise to hear and answer our prayers according to your will. We trust that you are working in ###'s life, bringing about peace and restoration. May ### experience your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
